Returned to Canada late Tuesday evening and has been busy at work since then.

Anyway, thank you very much for organizing the tour for our group. By and large we are very happy with the arrangements. We gave some feedback on the forms the guides gave to us and hope you received them. Here are just a few additional comments for you to consider for the future.

Annie was the best guide out of the three and was very knowledgeable and accommodative to our needs. The other two were knowledgeable and okay too but Amy took additional interest on the “tips” to driver, porter which in our mind was not called for. We definitely were tipping them as per your guidelines. Jennifer suggested some additional trips in Shanghai but the prices quoted were way too high.

The hotels in Beijing and Xian were great but the one in Shanghai could be better.

We are very happy with your service and have no hesitation in recommending you to others.
