Frequently Asked Questions About Train Tours

There are second class, first class, business class, premier class seats and sleeper. You can choose the seats based on your preference.
Based on the policy of the railway company, travelers can only book the train tickets a month in advance.

Elevator and escalator are usually available in the train station, but not all. Some of them even closed for the most of the time.
You can find your seat class like Carriage No. 04, No.03B and second class seat on your paper ticket. After getting on the train, you could find the seat number above your seat.
Porter service is available at most of the train stations, but not all. If you need, we can check for you in advance and our guide can hire a porter for you in advance.
Usually travelers are suggested to get to the train station an hour in advance, even earlier during the holiday in case of the long lines.
Train tickets can be changed at the train station even after the train’s departure.
Just follow the crowds to the exit, where the guide is waiting for you with your name sign. We will also send you the guide contact info before the tour start in case that you cannot find the guide.
It is cost saving and the train is usually more punctual. Besides, you can appreciate the different scenery along the road.
The quickest way to get from Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG), Hongqiao airport, train station and Shanghai train station to Shanghai Disneyland Park is to take a taxi. Or you can choose to take the subway, but you need to walk for a few minutes from the subway to the park.
It takes about 15 minutes from HK Airport and about 20 minutes from Kowloon train station, to HK Disneyland by taxi. Of course you can also choose the bus and subway.
You can train some Chinese Kung Fu in Tagou Shaolin Martial Arts School, the Kung Fu school near Shaolin Temple or other Kung Fu schools in Xi’an, Shenyang and Beijing etc.

The bullet train in China is wheelchair-friendly, apart from its many other strong points. Wheelchair users can take advantage of the elevators and the accessible routes.
