Day 1 Xiamen Arrival
Welcome to Xiamen. Upon arrival, the guide and driver is waiting for you at the arrival hall. They will accompany you to the hotel and help check in. If you want to explore nearly, feel free to get some practical suggestions from your tour guide.

Day 2 South Putuo Temple, Ring Road, Xiamen University, the 8th Market
In the morning, enjoy the bird’s eye-view of Xiamen University and Xiamen Port by climbing up to the Wulao Peak in South Putuo Temple. It is very famous for its collection of Buddhist cultural relics, such as a Burmese jade carving of the Buddha, some important Buddhist texts. Wander along the beautiful seashores and enjoy the limitless ocean scenery at Xiamen Island Ring Road. Before the tour ends today, you will go to Xiamen University to see the life of Chinese colleague students. It was the first university in China founded by a member of the overseas Chinese diaspora.
Try some seafood and various local snacks at the 8th Market before going back to the hotel.

Day 3 Day tour to Gulangyu Island
After breakfast, you will take the ferry from Xiamen to Gulangyu Island. It is very relaxing to wander along the winding small paths and hunt for some interesting souvenirs at shops.

Day 4 Day tour to Hongkeng Tulou
The Hongkeng Tulou Group has more than 40 Tulou of different shapes and sizes, including round, square, rectangular, crescent with some variation. Take a day tour to this ancient Tulou and get to know the culture, history and lifestyle of the Hakka.

Day 5 Private transfer from the hotel to the airport in Xiamen. Private transfer from the airport to the hotel in Guilin, rest in the hotel
After the relaxing tour in Xiamen, are you ready to explore another small city, Guilin? The Guilin guide will meet you at the arrival hall with a warm smile. A brief introduction of the city will be given by the guide on the route from the airport to the hotel.

Day 6 Reed Flute Cave (sedan chair), Yaoshan Mountain Tea Plantation, Relaxing Walk along Banyan Lake
After breakfast, go to explore the art palace of nature, called Reed Flute Cave. There are a large number of beautiful and exquisite stalagmites, stone pillars, stone curtains and stone flowers in the cave, which constitute the pagoda, forest and crystal palace. The shape of it is totally depends on your imagination.
There is a tea plantation not far from the city center, called Yaoshan Mountain Tea Plantation. Here you will see how the tea is made.

Day 7 Day tour to Longsheng Rice Terrace and Minority Villages (hire a sedan chair if necessary), One Hour Bamboo Rice Making Experience
After Breakfast, drive about 1.5 hours from the city area to Longji Terraced Rice Field and Minority villages, one of the important agricultural heritages in the world. The Terraced rice fields are like chains, circling the mountain peaks into giant snails. Walk in the minority village and feel their culture and custom. What obviously different are their house, which made from wood and called stilt-houses (Diaojiao Houses). Learn to make the bamboo rice with the locals and have lunch in a local house. You will finally know how it tastes like when the rice combined with the bamboo.
Note: There are some steps or stone roads in the village, you may hire a sedan chair if needed.

Day 8 Li River cruise by big deluxe 4-star boat, West Street, Calligraphy learning
Guilin scenery is like a vivid scrolling picture. A Li River cruise is able to give you a feel of walking in the picture. The big boat cruise takes about 4 hours from Guilin to Yangshuo. The 4-star boat is not as crowded as the 3-star one.
Encounter some foreigners in West Street, where many foreigners congregate. Stroll around it or relax in a bar. Besides this, you will take a calligraphy lesson here to learn to write some Chinese characters with the brush.

Day 9 Countryside tour by private transfer, Jiuxian Village, private transfer to the train station in Yangshuo. Private transfer from the train station to the hotel in Guangzhou
Yangshuo is a place that can slow you down. Wake up naturally today. After breakfast, drive through the countryside and escape from the bustling city. During this tour, you will also visit the Jiuxian Village to see some ancient buildings and see the local life. You will be taken back to Guilin for your bullet train to Guangzhou. Transfer to your hotel and rest for the day.

Day 10 Chen’s Ancestral Temple, Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall, Shamian Island, Litchi Bay
The first stop of your tour is Chen Ancestral Shrine, a cultural relic and an important site built during the reign of Guangxu Emperor with donations collected from Chen family members living in 72 counties in the Guangdong Province. Follow on to Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall, which was built in 1931 with the funds raised by the Guangzhou people and overseas Chinese in memory of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the forerunner of Chinese democratic revolution.
Satisfy your stomach with the local Guangdong cuisines during the lunch. After lunch, you will travel back in time to see the historical buildings, statues, pavilions, flower beds and fountains on Shamian Island. The following tour is to Litchi Bay, a hidden gem from the hustle and bustle of Guangzhou’s wholesale markets districts.

Day 11 Half free day in Guangzhou, private transfer from the hotel to the train station in Guangzhou. Private transfer from the train station to the hotel in Hong Kong
Relax or do some shopping on your own in the morning. The guide will pick you up from the hotel lobby at the confirmed time for the train to Hong Kong.

Day 12 Half day tour to Hong Kong Island
Whether this is your first visit to Hong Kong or you are here to refresh your memories, this comprehensive half day tour is quite enough for you to know the Hong Kong Island. This tour will cover the Highlights of Hong Kong Island - Victoria Peak with one-way Peak Tram, Repulse Bay, and Aberdeen with sampan ride or Stanley Market. Go atop to the Victoria Peak by a tram, set your feet on the soft beach of Repulse Bay, floating on Aberdeen with a sampan ride and do some shopping in the Stanley Market. There are lots of interesting things to do during this half day tour. After that, the guide and driver will transfer you back to the hotel. Rest of the day is on your own arrangement.
